Even if the car was wrecked,this could still be a good buy,
depending on the extent of the damage.
I would be extreamly cautious.
Have the car checked out by a reputable dealer,as in Ford authorized dealer.
But again this could be someone who has fallen on bad times,and trying to
unload the car for payoff to save their credit.
You never know.

I'm curious how long this car has been listed. If everything was legit, I would think it would sell in no time. And if it is legit, someones getting a deal of a lifetime! But I'm with y'all,something isn't adding up here.
it's a scam that's found on autotrader all the time; the seller says, "I have a lot of people that are interested, but if you send $XXXX.00 right away, I'll hold it for you." you can guess what happens after you send the money... just ask the seller if/when you can take a look at the car before sending any money and watch how quickly he cuts off contact. Believe it or not, they're making money off of these scams, because there really is a sucker born every minute.

Its not often you find deals like this but sometimes its not always a scam.
