Default Bummed, but at least its still coming

I ordered my car on 4 August and I would have sworn to anyone at the time I would be driving it by now. Received a phone call last week from the ENCS salesman and he had bad news. the car won't even leave the US port until 17 December. It should arrive in Bremerhaven about the 3rd of January, and hopefull it will get on a truck bound for Stuttgart without a delay. The salesman says I should be in the car about 13 January. 6 Months after I ordered the car! Good thing I am old and have learned a little patience.

Cool

Dood I can see why your bummed.. Never any fun waiting..Been waiting for mine as well.. Longest eight weeks of my life....

Just do what I did.. Get a nice di-cast model and spend a lot of time on the mustang site, looking at the interior.. Helps me get through when I really start jonesing.

Good Luck!

Yours on MF

Hang in there - before you know it you'll be driving around smiling ear to ear.

Merry Christmas to you and all those in the Armed Services - thanks for all you do!

Thx for the well wishes. Me, I am doing fine here in beautiful Germany. Please don't forget our guys that are currently downrange without their families. They need our prayers and support.

Im hangin, keeping myself busy so I don't have to dwell on it as much Got a family vacation/ski trip planned to Garmisch/Partikirchen for Christmas. That will help. When I return from that, I will conceivably have about 2 weeks left!

Thx Mitch. BTW, when I spoke with Mark, he said that there is such a demand for the Mustangs this year and that is why my car is delayed. I asked why Mitch got his car in 4 months

Dang, 6 months waiting period. I'd look like a crack ho needing a fix.

How long once you get it will you need new tires Or how soon...
