265x35's Nitto 555's all the way around with chrome Razor's and a Pro kit drop for a great raked out look. This is what I run on mine.........

You can see pics on my siggy link

This is KILLING me! I was so close(still am..) to pulling the trigger on the Shelby Razors(gunmetal, 24mm, 265/35 all around)...But, I also have some other wheels in mind over months of searching that could look good on a performance white stang...

IMO, white stangs need something else to set 'the look' off...otherwise they can look a little bland. I think that the gunmetal razors on a lowered PW GT with grey rocker/racing stripes and some tint could look great...but not 'eye-popping'....if that makes any since?

Is it just me(I've never seen the razors in person) or do they look smaller than they really are?

I dunno, I'm just getting cold feet as this is an expensive decision to regret....anyone have any opinion's? Don't get me wrong, I do love the razors, and will probably be what I end up with..... I just see other rims/setup's and think, "hmmm....that could work"......DANG YOU PW FOR BEING SO HARD TO PICK WHEELS FOR!! lol....Sorry, been stressing the past couple of months over this....

I know this is my choice, and I'm going to be driving it everyday....sry /rant

For example, not my cars....
# 1 Here's a stock PW with 255/40 275/35 lowered on pro kit springs...
# 2 pottydr's shelby with shelby S1's....great looking car..
# 3 The only black on white(stock) that looks pretty good....forgot the name of the wheels
# 4 Hopes and dreams....and a lot of $$$ lol

Hey cutterwolf....all I can say is DAMN!!!!! That is one sick ride=) I really like the way you blended the best of all the aftermarket parts. GT500 front, looks like a saleen rear wing, GT/CS Side scoops etc...very well done. I have to ask one thing though...where did you get those fender emblems??? I gotta have those.

And Thedrod...I hear what your saying about sticking with a tried and true combination, but unfortunatly I need an all season for my location...Alaska. The Toyo Proxes is a fairly common tire here on the forum and they make this particular sizing in a 40 series. I double checked the site and they dont list as an extra load or LT desigation so I'm not sure. Also the Saleen S281 comes with 275 40 20 rear & 275 35 20 frt. The big question regarding fitment is whether the 24mm razors will have the proper offset...

I appreciate the discussion=)

Hey Clentonz...I feel your pain, and apologize for jumping on your thread with my own questions=/

I started out wanting the black saleens, then Shelby S1's, then Foose Nitrous and then the razors. My latest plan was to go with the gunmetal grey razors on my black GT with grey racing stripes and rockers...all great minds think alike=)

I think this combination would look great on any stang. Tying the wheel color into the overall theme of the car (stripes and rockers) seems to make it appear more "thought out".

Just my .02, but ultimatly its your hard earned $$$. You know another wheel I considered for a bit was the ones they put on the S281 extreme. I can tell you a good place to check them out if your interested, but I better PM it to you so I dont break ay advertising rules.

Good luck with your decision.
