thats a sweet deal but to many miles for me. you could easily find a zo6 with way less miles on it

from the looks of his car, i think the stang has at least 425 whp (since he has an intercooler) which i think runs anywhere from high 11s to mid 12s if you know how to drive. 405 hp C5Z06 i believe is capable of same times, if not slightly faster. Obviously the vette is going to out handle the stang. 2 whole different types of cars.

I would say do the trade if the Z06 had less than 50,000 miles. Don't listen to these fools that talk crap about the C5 Z06, that car is still a monster, and a 12.2 stock monster at that. Same mods that you have done to your mustang, but rather in the Z06, will easilty make it a 10 second street car that will kill anything short of a modded Lambo LP670-SV on the highway lol

I wouldn't. It's a 360whp car stock with a ton more miles than you have now. Screw that.

Yes it will out handle the mustang. Out accelerate? Pretty debatable. How much power is the novi 2200 car putting down?

If it had less miles, then I would say its worth it. But with 75k+, its value is diminishing everytime you pull it out.

The mustang modded up owns in circuit races and when modded are very comparable to the c6Z06. They had a drag race with the Shelby GT500 vs C6Z06 and they weren't very far apart. I like the looks of a mustang better then the C5 Vette's JMO.

i wouldn't rag on our cars as being bad handling, I personally think they are pretty sporty. I have taken turns on the freeway at 120 mph, that I would have been killed if I had been driving my '74 corvette, which had 50/50 weight distribution and independent suspension that was supposed to keep the whole tire planted etc.

keep in mind every review I have ever read places the GT above the camaro and challenger in the handeling department. the corvette is pretty boring in the looks dept, even the C6, I think our mustangs have them solidly covered in the looking cool area

Motor Trend placed the Camaro over the GT in handling. That was the 10 with the track pack.

It was close though.

The R/T Challenger did terrible.
