+1 I tried a couple weeks ago for the same thing. It seems like there are push in clips in the middle of the door. Anybody confirm that?

You should be able to find the removal step-by-step in here: http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=1

Theres a few bolts lining the outside of the door then one where the arm rest is i believe. To get it off you will need the correct socket (1/4"?) and a torx bit.

I know there is one in the door handle. But I could never find one in the arm rest.

I did this exact process 1 week ago

- pull off the mirror panel first and disconnect the power mirror cable
- pull off the panel behind the door release lever (remove the torx screw behind)
- behind the armrest handle their is a panel that pulls out as well, remove this panel and the screw behind it
- remove the window button assembly and there is one final screw under that
- once the 3 interior screws/bolts have been removed all you need to do is unscrew all the bolts around the perimeter of the door
- As you pull the entire door panel off disconnect the various electrical cables inside

...and you are done. Except for the door release cable, I never could figure out how to unhook it so i always worked on my door with the panel still connected by the cable.

to install reverse the procedure.

Now, now... 157db is a very HELPFUL douche bag. You just have to read between the lines. He really means well. I should know. I can be a douche bag, too.
