i have bought tires and a tire/wheels combo from tire rack. shipping is fast and when i thought some tires might have balanced incorrectly they said to have them balanced and they would pay me back. turns out it was those stupid clips on the rotors, but definitely no-hassle customer servcie.

my brother works in south bend and has even picked up tires for me before. call ahead before you do that...
