I have sent them three emails in the past couple of weeks asking about some of there products, and never got an answer back. Just wondering if its just me or has others beeen ignored also. In the past they have always answered the same day or the next.

Yea thats really strange ive never encountered that. Like u said its usually the same day or the next. I would just call them man. They always answer there phone. I call if i want my answer fast.

I've had a few emails never returned also. I was looking into adding a sc and had a few questions about the tune and order options w/o the tuner I already own. Never wrote back. Calling and leaving a message will usually get a call back in 2 days. Not sure how busy they currently are?

They are normally pretty quick to getting back to folks.

I would just give them a call, i have never had a problem with them, always returned emails in less then 24 hrs. A great place to buy, and the customer service the best bar none!

I've never had any issues with them.. but I never initiated contact prior to purchasing.. calling is usually the best method.
