I have a remote start for my 2010 i would like to add push button as well has any one done this yet.... i want a key fob and thats it

 

So basically you just want to enter your car and press the button without having to insert your key into the ignition, corvette style?

 

that would be cool, I liked the ones for the 05-09 I wonder if they will make a kit for the 10's on up?

 

Man, I would kill for that. I'd love to be able to just get in my car and hit a button and have the engine start. No keys, nothing. Of course I'd hide the button so it wouldn't be obvious. Yes, I know it's easy to steal that way, but I'd take the risk.

Anybody know if there's something out there for this?

 

I installed a push start button on my 2008 Mustang GT that I ordered from American Muscle and on the install sheet that is supplied with the button, it states on how you can wire the button in the car to get that setup done...I was thinking about doing that to mine, but well it will be much easier to steal that way.

look at number 28...this is how to install it and just push the button in to start without the key. Good luck and tell me how it turns out.

 

is there a way to get it 370z/corvette style where its impossible to start the car unless the key fob is within a certain distance? that would seal the deal for me.

 

Seen that on a challenger on top gear.........one of the guys took the car without the keys and moved it into the street. The car shuts off if it gets to far from the key.

 

My wife has it on her lex but they said she could not have remote start

Remote start requires an auto tranny, right? Otherwise, I'd get it.

 

I don't like the idea of having the inserted and not just keep the key in your pocket, come on now Nissan Altimas have been doing that for a awhile now!
