Short throw shifter question

For me, it was easier to install the Hurst billet shifter from under the car, on the driver side of the tranny. Much easier than trying to snake it through the console.

Do yourself a favor, get an MGW. It's orders of magnitude better than the other shifters.

I must be a moron then cause I couldnt figure out how to get the stock shifter out without removing the drivshaft...

it took me 15 minutes just to get the darn oem out. after that it went smooth, kind of hard to get my hands to bolt it on but not that hard.
