if im not mistaken, the fade option only affects the 6x8 speakers and the door subs remain active since there only one set of them....

i could be wrng, i may be thinking of a different car....

it wouldnt make sense if u faded it to the rear and the front door subs fade out as well....there are no subs in the back for the bass to fade to lol

In my opinion the factory speakers need to be given the ax to spare your ears from torture

With my Shaker 500, if I fade to just the rears working & if I put my hand on the subs I can feel they ARE still working.

That's what I did. I cranked it up, faded it to the back, and felt the door subs, which were moving. Of course, I could grab the rear view mirror, or center console, or passenger seat...everything was moving in rythm
