I've got an '07 mustang gt with stock headers, installing the pypes off-road H-pipe tomorrow. Currently it has no mufflers on it. I am almost certain this will be to loud. I'd like to know which axle-back mufflers I should go with to get the deepest, powerful sound.. I don't like it quiet either.. I just want a clean DEEP sound.. Thanks for any advice..

 

Stock manifolds? I have an 06 gt with an offroad h and stinger axlebacks. I ran car first with the o/r h and no mufflers. It was real loud and not loud in a good way. When I added the mufflers it really quieted things down. Car isn't loud or deep enough for me and still has a lot of drone inside.

 

yea its stock manifolds.. I went ahead and ordred the SLP PowerFlo's.. I'll let you know what I think about them as soon as I get them installed, they come in tomorrow..

 

I miss how loud my setup was with just the o/r h. Think you may be a little disappointed once the mufflers go on, imo. I haven't heard the powerflos in person, but they don't seem to be a good setup for a deep sound. Mac and stingers would probably be best for the deepest.
