Water Leak
Back on this topic again about the passenger side water leak. I have an 07 Gt and for the 1st time, I had a slightly wet carpet on the passenger side front. It rained for 3 straight days last week. When I opened the passenger door, the water drained out of the bottom and there was a little bit of standing water on the door sill/ frame. My thoughts is that the water didn't drain well from the door and leaked from the door sill into the passenger rug. The door sill molding does not cover the frame completly, and the water entered in that area. Any people with that same experience and thoughts?
Well, I am now confirmed experiencing a water leak as well.
Pascal did mention before black drain plugs on the bottom of the door. That could be your issue. I believe he has pictures posted in a water leak thread with a title including "final answer".

Using a flashlight and your fingers, look and feel for water droplets under the dashboard and above the above the black plastic kick panel on the right side of the footwell. If you find any in either location, then the water is coming in from a location different than what you suspect.
Your first move should be to remove the 2 black rubber drain grommets that are installed on the underside of the firewall in the engine compartment(one on the driver's side and one on the passenger's side), and flush out any debris that may have collected in them. If they're clogged, then that can cause water to pool in the trough under the windshield, and eventually leak into the passenger compartment.
If cleaning out the grommets does not prevent future leakage, then check the following TSB for other causes.
