Hello,

I just bought a 2005 Mustang GT and I have a question about the power outlet right about the shaker control panel.

I notice when I turn off the car and get out and lock it. My radar detector stays on, even after an hour.

Is there something wrong with my car? or is this normal? Is there way to fix this?

I dont want to have to pull in and out my radar detector every time I drive my car.

Most Fords poweroutlets stay on. Or have power too them all the time. I used too keep my radar detector plugged up all the time.
