although the BBK says no tune required, it is not unheard of to still get a CEL
system too lean means you're getting too much air and not enough fuel, you need to get a tune for it. or may be a vacuum leak, but my guess is you need to get a tune.
sometimes those no tune required CAI will still give you a CEL, sometimes they wont, its just a roll of the dice.

like I said, I took care of mine with the canned performance tune until I bought the custom tune. I'm not going to lie and tell you 100% it would fix it, but if it is all hooked up right, I would put like 90% on it.

Well here is an update...I went back and forth with BBK Tech support, sent him pics, video, borrow a freinds scanner and the tech finally said its not going to work because I did everything possible to get it from throw the too lean code. I then went to the customer rep at BBK and work with her on a resolution. She was wonderful. She contacted AM and worked it out with them to get me a tuner. I still had to pay for it but she made it less painful. Thumbs up to BBK and AM for their customer service. I can't wait to get the tuner this week and see what it can do. Thanks to all of you for your helpful opinions. I will update once the tune is installed.
