Default New 07 Shelby GT

Yep, the title is right. I was poking around on a website looking at Mustangs and came across a black one with silver stripes, Shelby GT (not GT500). It's a 2007. Zero miles! Of course, the dealer listing had no pricing information. And no information for why an '07 would have zero miles. What do you think it's worth? What was sticker back in '07? Just curious, that's all.

the original sticker was MSRP plus the Shelby package of about $10,000 plus the gas guzzler tax of $1000. So about $41,000. Most sold for less and many are now being bought up for between $20-28,000.
If there is really zero miles (and you should contact the Shelby Registry people to verify that) it would make a great garage queen. You could probably get it for about $30,000-35,000.

I would honestly look at used ones? They seem to be going for not much more than your average GT model with low miles on them? I remember letting my mind wander when I seen this posting for a used one:

It was in Iowa which isn't far from WI, I seriously thought about it, but with this economy? It eventually sold, but I remember this guy had a hard time selling it for $24,000 and it only had 1,650mi on it? I would think you could use that price as a starting point with the dealer?

I got mine for 24,900 with 2800 miles. From what I've seen, most with under 10k miles go for 25-29k depending on the part of the country. Most new ones I saw new were mid to upper 30s in price, but that again depends on the part of the country.

I just got my '07 Black GT/CS in November. One thing I love about it is the fact that it has the grey leather inserts as part of the seats. This new '07 Shelby would be cool, but all black seats. Now, what I should do is buy the Shelby, then swap the seats with my GT/CS! That would be one unique Shelby, then, wouldn't it (and a GT/CS with all black seats!)? Are the Shelby seats anything different than from a standard GT? Maybe they have Shelby's name embroidered on them or something? I'll have to go look at some good interior pics of Shelbys It's been a few years since I've seen one.
