Got the GT500 wheels put on now. I'll be updating the 1st post. I'm starting to ponder the idea of putting on the GT500 splitter. What do you guys think?

The GT500 wheels look waaaaay better than the Drag wheels! Drag wheels are cheap as heck and look every bit if it. But the 500 wheels are good stuff!

I was going to ask if you removed all of any remaining clips/rings on your wheel studs before you installed the DR-34's. The rings tend to cause all kinds of balance headaches with aftermarket wheels. But with the GT500 wheels (I love mine...), the rings can remain since the inner face of the wheels are machined such that the rings cause no interference.

I'm at work. Otherwise I'd post a pic for those not familiar with the rings.

Yep, the stud clips were removed prior to the wheels being installed.

I didn't see that anyone answered you about ride quality. Yes, it is normal to notice a ride difference. The sidewall of a tire basically works like a spring. As you decrease the size of the sidewall, it becomes stiffer. Which results in a rougher ride. It improves handling, but reduces comfort. This is typically why the factory uses a smaller wheel and higher profile tire.

Thank you for answering that for me.

I noticed that since putting these wheels on that the car feels kind of..slower to me. Not a lot but I do notice it. Could you explain this one to me? Maybe the rolling weight and all that tire is weighing it down more or just making it harder to spin those wheels/tires? Thanks again.
