Default Dark grey 18" Bullitts on Tungsten 'Stang?

Alright, so I'm probably going to be replacing the tires and brakes in another 5,000 miles or so. I'm trying to convince myself that this will be a good point to finally trade the stock 17" argent grey Bullitts for 18"s. Now, I totally love my rims, but ever since I got the car this was sort of the plan as my dad planted the seed in my head to do this.

I really like the 18" dark grey rims that came on the 2008 Bullitt Mustang. However, I've not really seen them on other colors other than the Bullitt greens and blacks. Particularly, I'm interested in seeing these on a Tungsten Grey car should anyone have them. I was thinking of going with black ones, but I have this idea that the dark greys would look nice on my car. Does anyone with a Tungsten car have these or know someone that does? I'd love to see what it looks like, if so!

The 2008-2009 Bullitt model wheels are actually black, I don't think Ford ever produced the factory 18" bullitt style wheel in gray. The 2006-2009 factory option 18" bullitt wheels are polished(like mine). Ford does sell the 18" bullitt wheels in chrome over the counter.

The Bullitt did come with dark grey 18" Bullitts. They are not black. I can post a couple comparisons:

18" grey Bullitts

18" black Bullitts

Ahh, yes, you are correct. Although I think Tungsten looks best with brighter wheels(silver, chrome, polished). There's a Tungsten pony pkg V-6 near where I live that has the bright silver 17" bullitts and it looks really sharp IMO

I've been looking or those for mine too. I think the best option is to find a shop that can paint the wheels properly cuz of how rare they are.

I don't remember seeing those "BULLITT" rims for sale anywhere. I bought the silver painted ones from www.blueovalindustries.com a while back, so maybe that's an option for you.....and they are only $90 apiece now.

I find anthracite/gray color wheels to be rather drab. It's not bright and it's not dark. Makes the wheels look dirty IMO. I almost went anthracite FR500's and I'm so glad I went with the black.
