If you're having trouble centering the tip in the cutout, then save yourself some aggravation and follow the tips in TacoBills "How-To" sticky on his exhaust install. If not, bend away.

What it is is that I had went off the road awhile ago and to get out I got pulled out by the rear axle and the tow strap pushed up on my exhaust and bent it slightly so now the one that was bent sits noticeably higher then the normal one.
