Default Wheel question

I know there are 1000000 threads on this but I have the chance to pick up some bigs and littles for $100.

so will these fit an 05 mustang with the offsets?

15x8 4.5bs
15x4 1.75bs

summit stars.

Thanks for the quick help in advance.

offsets or backspacing?
8" wide OEM rims have 45mm offsets.
