Having a spark plug stuck inside the head will ruin a person's day. VERY glad I don't have that worry in my 08.
This is ONLY for GT models so OP if you have a V6, not to worry!

To each their own. If I'm getting a flat, I'm gonna notice regardless of a tire pressure light. One of the sensors broke off and was rolling around in my tire once and drove me nuts. From what I've seen more people seem to think they're more of a PITA rather than helpful

i am having a similar problem as well with my '06. im running straight pipes, and the passenger side vibrates pretty loud at certain rpms when i downshift, or upshift, its really starting to bug me because the guys at the dealership "can't seem to find a problem with it." i love my exhaust, but if its always going to vibrate like this **** i don't know what im gonna do, its embarassing as hell sometimes

recall issue with something to do on air bag programming in 06, CS option wasnt available until 07, Bullitt option wasnt available until 08, back up camera option wasnt available until 09 or 10. Alot of the previous yrs options like 18inch wheels for the GT, became standard equipment the following year.

the 2005 came with a round tubular filter in the intake. They were almost all immediately taken out. Future collectors will pay a fortune for them!

There's quite alot of differences b/w the years. for one I know that the coolant system on the 2005 and 2006 model years differs from 07, 08, and 09. Also 08 and 09 models have this "noise reduction" foam pad at the gear shifter that the previous years didin't...If any other small thing come to mind I'll list them......

Number 3 with an 06 and flustrating rattle after axle back. Found mine, was a hanger issue. Have someone wiggle the exhaust lengthwise with the car, not up and down and you'll see it (assuming same issue I had)
