I read somewhere that parts of the S197 chassis were stiffened up starting with the 07 models due to the introduction of the GT500.

IIRC, '06 introduced a power passenger seat and heated seats. Also, on '05s built before October '04, the windows could be lowered with the key fob. I was so glad I had that option on my '05 GT. The later build date guys were ticked!

Starting in 2008, the inner door belt weather strips had felt applied to them to prevent scratching window tint.

I changed out my wheels, and my TPMS has freaked out. What am I supposed to do about it? Is there a way to change the sensors over?

They changed the valve/cam covers on the GT's beginning with 2007 models.
Fewer fasteners per side and a different seal for the cam timing sensor.
