Pass side for the best increase in traction.

The Challenger came OEM with the battery in the trunk...
Wake up Ford and follow Dodge's OEM innovations...

ps
you need a sealed, vented to the outside, battery box
or a remotely ventable battery

not one of those plastic marine
battery boxes sold at wally world

nor 150A Jegs quick disconnect electric
fork truck connectors

Battery in the trunk isn't worth the effort unless you're serious about racing. The proper venting, firewall/battery box, and extra wiring need to be included.

I know some BMW 3 series also came with it in the trunk.
