It's just such a big job. The computer won't work properly and your car is entirely computerized, so you are going to have to rework EVERYTHING.

Good luck though. I'd like to see how it works out for you.

if you want your v6 to act like a gt with a crate motor and tranny, dont forget to add the electronics for the motor, a new 8.8" rear end, upgraded brakes for the faster speed, upgraded rims to fit over the brakes, suspention that can handle the weight of the heavier parts. Yeah I think you can make a V6 into a engine swap for about $10-$15 more if you do it right, or you can just put it in and hope all the week V6 parts can hang.
From experiance on my 91 gt conversion to a 347c.i. making 470 hp on pump gas all motor, you will spend twice the price of the motor to get the tranny rear end and suspention up to par with your nice new motor
