I'm going purely by the picture.

This is a dealer only auction. My buddy has a dealer license and willing to go with me.

The key is on in that picture, but the car is not running.

I'm to lazy to walk to my car and see what lights stay on after turning the key on and leaving the car off. It's possible you may have no problem at all. Maybe someone who's car is parked closer (and who isnt so lazy) can verify what lights stay on.

Appears the key is in the on position and those lights come on automatically the only one I don't see is the seatbelt

My own lazy comment got the best of me. I went down and if the car is not started after about 15 seconds, all the lights go off except the ones lit up in that picture. I also had the no seatbelt light lit up. But that is normal. Probably no problem at all with the car.

Wow. Thanks for the responses guys. Can I call you gods?

But even if these lights are on, would I be covered by the dealership under warranty? What does the 3 year standard manufacturer warranty cover anyway?

They should cover it, unless the original owner did some aftermarket mod that directly screwed something up. The warranty covers pretty much everything, bumper to bumper.
