Ok to drive 2 miles with mufflers removed?

I drove about that distance with open headers to the welders shop.......talk about embarrasing! It sounded hideous. Did the guy come by and fix it yet?

My buddy went for almost two weeks when he first got his '10 with Bassani LT's and O/R x pipe. He didnt even have the over axle pipes, it was just open after the X. It was so loud and embarrasing, even ricers pointed and laughed at him.

It was all done Saturday night.

Passenger side shifted and is lke 1" lower than the driver side, guy said it may happen. He is going to adjust this Sunday.

Sounds great though still too quiet, should have gone with the Magnaflow muffler deletes.
