Wait, so my iPod will give me issues with the Sync? That blows....

It could, it might not though. A lot of people seem to have hit or miss times with their MP3 players so don't assume your wont necessarily work until your try it out

I had this happen on my 2011 mustang gt/cs. The first day I had the car, my iphone was plugged into my usb. I then took a call via bluetooth. The usb port then stopped working for any device. (tried flash drive, ipod, zune). The next day I took it to the dealership. They just unplugged the battery and reset the sync. Haven't had a problem since. I was also told that iphones create a problem because it connects both usb and bluetooth and the safest thing was a flash drive.

did you recently update your zune by chance? the iphone had a lot of issues with a few of the updates.
