Long tube headers for a v6?

Ceramic will last longer and dont build up as much heat as chrome or some of the
other materials.

+1 on ceramics. Had Mac longtunes on the v6 and they looked just as good 2 years after removing them.

08blackout, nice setup. How does it sound with that X, though? mine sounded like bees! The x had to go to get the sound back to decent at best.

your would be better off just getting a custom duel exhaust and shorty headers

Or better off sticking with stock manifolds, stock cats, and dual it out like on a GT.

I do have a custom true dual exhaust. I also have a CAI so I'm looking for headers. My mustang came with the custom exhaust on it. I am wondering because I have two CATs will I have a problem installing my headers.

Also are the tuned length heads worth the extra money?

the X sounds really good surprisingly, i think it is because i have no cats so there is enough flow to get that rumble that an X is designed to have...
