Default Bullitt wheel question

I have seen OEM bullitt wheels on ebay that are listed as having come off a new GT. What confuses me is I see some that look gray and some that look silver. One looks definitely lighter than the other. I know there are several aftermarket bullitt style wheels of all types of finishes, but I just wanted to understand what finishes come on the Ford OEM bullitt wheels. Why do some look gray and some clearcoat silver?

The gray or painted aluminum wheels are what comes standard on the GT.
You can get Ford OEM Bullitt wheels through a dealer or Ford dealer that sells Ford Racing parts.
The wheels come in Silver, Black, Polished, or Chrome.
I've searched Ebay and wouldn't buy through them because, from what I've researched, most of them come from or correctly fit previous body style Mustangs (1999-2004)
They will fit our 05s, but the back spacing or offset is slightly different and will stick out a little. Some people like it and some people don't. It just depends on their tastes.

These are the Ford Racing OEM wheels that will fit our 05s.

Silver

I ordered these ($130 per wheel). Hopefully they'll be in soon.

Polished

Black

Chrome

You can go to the Ford Racing Parts website for more info at:

You can also get the wheels made specificly for our 05/06 Mustangs at:

http://www.fordaccessoriesstore.com/...rchResults.asp

Select... Mustang - 2005, and type in "wheel" to get a list of available wheels that will fit the 05.

This is where I got my wheels.

Here are the wheel options on the retro wheels (With Spinners).
