When I replaced the rear rotors on my '06 GT, I got Centric rotors from Tire Rack. No slots or holes, just premium rotors at a decent price. I have heard horror stories about the cheap Chinese rotors sold by some parts outlets.

I think in order to get the trim plug out of your steering wheel you'll have to remove the wheel. This is pretty easy, just be sure to disconnect the battery and let it sit maybe 1/2 hr. first to make sure you don't set off the air bag. Shouldn't be a problem.

There are small bolts behind the plugs which hold in the airbag assembly. They can be removed and the plugs retrieved from behind. Follow the instructions in the link below.
