i have had more warranty work done to my car then you could imagine in the past month. Your rims are a part of your vehicle so it is under warranty. Stick to the slamming on the brake story to the ford guys, dont mention almost running into something, and you got yourself a free rim and alignment free. If you just bought the car you are good. Dont pay for ANY repairs out of pocket until after warranty is out!

Unless you just bluntly run into something haha

And if you did hit a curb and didnt see any damage to the car but your still worried, check your control arm and control arm bushings. You might have bent it if you hit the curb really hard.

another thing to keep in mind if the tires are bit low on pressure and u hit a pothole that increases your possibility of cracking or bending your rim
