I have a 2009 Mustang GT, 300HP. Stock exhuast. I want to get a bit more sound (throat)from the muffler system. Looking for a cheap way to accomplish this. Thanks in advance.

Change muffler's. Look around and see what you like. Youtube has a lot's of video clips on this. Personally, I put Pype's Violaters on mine. Quiet when you want it, rumble when you step in it. No drone either.

Just go to www.americanmuscle.com They are a sponser here on the forums and have a lot of stock vs xyz mufflers on a stock mustang. Side by side comparison shop to your hearts delight.

If you really want cheap, take it to a shop, have them replace your stock mufflers for straight pipe. Shouldn't be much over $100 if it is over 100. Or take the right route, and look at quality exhaust.

I got the pypes pype bomb axle back muffler delete kit. Very easy to install and sound great. Plus they are pretty cheap from americanmuscle and u get free fast shipping.

Unfortunatly I have never heard a sound clip that does the exhaust justice for how loud it is, but it sounds great whether at idle or if you get on the throttle.
