In line with my stripe-accessorizing, if you go with blue racing stripes on your black car (which is conservative, but still very nice), then you should go with the blue painted calipers.

If you do not want strips but want the clean appearance of an all one color car body, going with the red caliper, as said above, does make them pop out nicely.
