50000 miles
I have a question and seeking some advise. First of all i want to buy a CAI and tune for my V6. What one seems to be the best overall? Also Should i give the stang a tune up? Better plugs and wires, coil pack? Or anything else?

The CAI's are pretty much equivalent to one another with the tune-required CAI's holding a very slight edge over the no-tune required CAI's. It's the quality of the tune that's the major factor in performance. Buy from AM or Brenspeed and you won't have a problem.
If the engine is running fine, I don't think you NEED a tuneup (in our case it's pretty much just plugs if I recall the 4.0) but it's a simple enough job.

A no-tune required CAI may gain you 3-5 RWHP but can still throw a CEL for running lean. A CAI & custom tune combo on your 4.0 will gain you about 15-20 RWHP plus improve throttle response and shifting (for autos). It's pretty much a black-and-white decision, IMO: If you're not going for the tune, don't bother with the CAI.

Rick knows what he's talking about
No need to change out the coil pack - the aftermarket one isn't really that much different for one thing.
I have 168,000 miles on mine and it works fine still.
And as far as the "no tune required CAI" -- if you don't have to change the tune then that tells you that you didn't change anything as far as air flow to your engine.
