Potentially dumb question about CAM installation.
Do the spark plugs have to be absolutely removed to do a cam swap? I paid to have mine done a few months back. I was just looking at the directions (considering taking them back out) and see it says the sparks plugs must be removed?
I ask because I've been dreading the replacement of my plugs in fear of breaking them, but perhaps I don't need to fear that any more because my installer has already broke them free for me? They didn't mention anything going wrong (like a plug breaking) when I picked the car up.

So that means my installer definitely took them out. That's a very good thing. I'm not good at doing delicate stuff like painting or not breaking a crappy stuck spark plug. Tougher/stronger jobs like swapping my LT's and exhaust I can handle. Since the iffy part of the swap shouldn't be an issue, I should be able to handle it.
