Jim, how you been enjoying the supercharger?

Weather can certainly kill a dyno session. Last time I dyno'd mine it only put down like 467 at the wheels. But it was 90+ and I had been heatsoaking in traffic for 40 mins so my intake temps were in the 160 range I believe.

I believe on a 60 degree day, not even taking into consideration the mods I've added since then, I would expect an additional 20-30hp just from a much cooler intake charge and more boost. I was losing 1-2lbs just from expansion due to heat. I'm running a 12lb pulley and was dyno'ing with 11 lbs tapering off as more runs were put down.
I am enjoying it a lot. Like Tiger said...better to enjoy a safe tune and run it hard than an iffy tune that goes BAM!! It runs great and is really more than my 555's can handle at times and I am just trying to stay out of trouble with it. ANY kind of street playing, if caught, can be real bad around here. We have had so many young kids killed around here in the last few years that were street racing with no experience and a video game mentality of being indestructible that the cops are oversensitive to it. My wife likes it too but won't easily admit it
