Here is a write up I have on how to remove the throttle body and bypass the throttle body coolant at the same time, while it is off you can clean it!

so the benefits of this would be no more heated TB? (this is quite interesting)

Another question though, once i clean the TB (and if thats the problem) will the engine light turn off? so i can know i did a job well done? lol

and idk if i can still drive my car to work? anybody know if its ok to drive?

Well if that is your problem and you clean it I don't think the engine light will turn off without a battery/ecu reset.

OK.
A year ago when you were messing around and
treating the sensors rough, was the battery disconnected or live?
If disconnected, did you follow the battery removal instructions
in the owners manual about the adaptive learning relearning procedure?
Did you recalibrate the gas pedal assembly?

http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=191&viewfile=Throttle Body.pdf

As for the codes, they are telling you whats wrong...
http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=10&viewfile...scriptions.pdf
Ford lays out the procedure to troubleshoot codes...
Follow the procedures and quit the guessing game.
I would suspect a loose connector on the gas pedal
or a worn out 05 gas pedal assembly. The calibration
of the gas pedal will eliminate this guessing.
As for the ThrottleBody code, this can be caused from
an overly excessive dirty TB bore from bad rings
and oil getting thru the PVC tube. An air/oil
seperator can determine the amount of blow by
you have from the oil control rings on the pistons.
Once again, its an 05 with ?how many miles? on it?

Codes must be reset with a code reader.
You are pulling these codes out of the PCM ?how?
If you can read them, you can reset them?

p.p. do the heated TB by-pass mod.
eBay sells the kit. Its just a hose and two hose clamps.

Here is some good reading for ya...
