I came back to the thread since I noticed the arguing has stopped.
Plus I got an email saying this thread had been replied to and I didn't even realize it was this thread.

Anyways, another suggestion.
You can google the make and model you want along with your state's name and a list of sites that have cars up for sale will pop up. A pretty big one too.
Trust me I have done this and it works great!

@Blacksmoke: Yeah, I thought the same too about this thread until I got an email saying this post is back on the scene, lol..I thought that same idea too. I will be going to the D.C. area and NYC area for my vacation time and I will also ask if they are able to ship to Germany. If i can get a mustang for a good price, then I will have no problem coming out of my own pockets for shipping overseas (when my overseas tour in Germany is over, the Army will ship it back to the States for free as long as I have it on my moving orders).

If i can find a GT (any used from 2009-2011), for no more then $30,000 that would be perfect...

Well finally found the car that I wanted and today I started the paper work. It's a 2012 5.0 GT Premium Coupe. Ignot Silver Exterior with Black Leather Interior. Black racing stripes running from the hood, over the top, ending at the rear of the vehicle. And they are asking for $34,200. So the dealer has put the car on hold for me and all I have left is just the paper work.

@White05GT: I'm buying it in Germany, but the car came from the States through Military Affess Auto Sales. There's an Military Auto Sales shop at the base I'm stationed at (Hohenfels). So every other week, when my wife does her shopping, she will keep me updated on any new vehicles. Last week she told me there was a Mustang, took pics, and sent them to me. After I saw the pic, I immediately told her I'm getting it and called the dealer. So now, I'm just doing the paper work, this Friday my wife will go to the base and make the downpayment. Other than that, just waiting to go to one of the big Forward Operating Base here in Afghanistan that has a Legal Office so I can get a Power Of Attorney for my wife so she can sign the paper work, making this transaction easier for me. Hopefully, this deal will be close within a months time frame..

Hey, I looked at the posting rules and I'm authorized to do many things, but I'm not authorized to post attachments. Is there a way I can change this???

I believe you could post pictures from a photobucket account or similar host web site.
Try that.

As far as privileges go, you either need to get 50 posts under your keyboard or been a member for at least 30 days.
You joined more than 30 days ago so you shouldn't encounter any restrictions by now...
I will check with Adm. for you.
