Default Simple or Dumb Idea

I have noticed everyone is suggesting chemical, mechanical, or electrical methods of cooling. Have you tried simply driving in open air; not in the draft of another vehicle. It is a simple method of cooling but it could be a dumb suggestion seeing as how you have likely already tried that. Just a simple, different thought.
