Cooling seats?

You absolutely aren't alone. I frequently get in the car, no matter the season, and end up with a sweaty back and it totally sucks lol.

I was thinking some clever routing of additional AC coil hose from the compressor to the front seats with an electric fan mounted blowing across the coils into the seat bottom would create a nice cooling effect. Have a switch hidden away in the center console for both sides and voila you have cooled seats.

I would say one problem might be that there is so much insulation in the seats that it would take a while to feel it. Plus the movement of the seat forward and backwards could stress the coil.
