I think you should replace the picture first. It won't even paste from the clipboard. Under 'Properties', all I get is a 28 x 30 image, http://imageshack.us/f/155/img00071201108271700.jpg/ , which doesn't look very promising even if I could get to imageshack from work (I can't).

i saw it clicking on that image shack link..i see the small crack in the tread..I am not sure how deep it is or anything..i would watch it over a week and see if it gets bigger

That looks more like the shoulder, from that little triangle. I'd watch it very carefully and drive cautiously as little as possible before replacing it. There's a lot of flexing going on there, and tread separation isn't something you really need to experience.
