How much should I pay for a NEW old stock 2010 Mustang (not an old thread, 9/19/11)

First off I want to thank everyone for taking the time to respond and PM me. I am new to the forum, but lurk here almost daily. I don't post much because I don't know enough about these cars yet to have an informed opinion.
OK, I am going to sleep on this for a couple nights. There is a second new 2010 there without the navigation and glass top for $27k. It stickered for 35k.
I have a 2005 GT now and I am fine with the power of it. I only drive it when my wife and I go to the movies/out to eat/ or just for a drive on a nice day. My 05 GT is in perfect condition, garage kept, and has 14k miles on it. I need to decide if the 2010 is worth 10k more than mine. I would not give more than 10k plus mine on a trade, and I don't know if they would go that low or not. I still am not sure I like the rear of the new one as much as my 05! I could pick up a nice 3rd car for the difference in the 05 and the 2010. KBB shows mine as 16,500 trade value. I paid $17,250 for it this spring but after tax and plates I am into for 18,500 right now.
Decisions decisions.
