Clay bar should do the trick but if it don't I've never seen anything that alcohol will not remove from paint....ever.

Okay well today i made some progress. I made a mixture of dish-soap, rubbing alcohol, and hot water. I sprayed it on and rubbed, but it still took a LOT of work to completely remove each tar spot. Theres about 150 spots and they all have to be finger-nailed to rub the tar off.

tomorrow i am getting rainx. suckiest thing about all this is, as soon as i'm done i have to wax the car again, because all this sh** has stripped all the wax off.

With all that rubbing, you will surely have to polish that paint again!
