Probably knocked the speed sensors off. Also probably screwed your allignment up; or could have bend your panhard bar or control arm. I drifted into a curb and bent my control arm, took a chunk out of my rim, and messed up my alignment. Don't drive your car, it will only make things worse. Find a trusted mechanic or put some mental study into consideration. Hope all turns out well.

thank you everybody, im getting it checked out, they told me it was the alignment and that a part had to be ordered, since its a 2012 model its a new piece so yeah ill be ordering it and it'll all be back to normal, thanks everybody

Ouch! I'm glad the damage wasn't worse. I know you can't wait to have your 'Stang back to normal, so if the part was ordered through the dealer, PM me your VIN, contact information, mileage, & servicing dealer name/state and I'll see if it can be expedited.
