Dang that sucks.. a small part of it may be that they heard the car too... see how nice it is. Maybe just got laid off, going through a divorce, maybe was leasing a GT like that and got repossessed.. could be anything

I'm lucky i live in a small college town with frat guys rather than gang bangers or thugs. I know living in a big city like Dallas wouldn't be fun for a nice car.

This seriously pisses me off. Unless you were being rude and/or loud or obnoxious while eating I do not get why someone would single you out. This is why I always park next to a window when I am out eating so I can keep an eye on my car. Good luck with getting it fixed.

That really sucks, man. Mine was keyed about a year ago, but they ran the key all the way down the driver's door and onto the quarter panel (grrrrrr.) To paint that whole area was around $700, if I remember correctly, so I would assume it would be a little less than that to fix yours. Hopefully it works out for you. Good luck.

ugh, I this is why a CC. I did have someone key a square into the back of my stang, i still need to find touch up paint to fix it. Happened while i was at work.
