+1 for that info too, thank you! Going to fool with these tonight after work, take a pic of 1 in, and 1 stock to see/show color/brightness difference.

The only time you need to remove the front bumper is if you are trying to change the lightbulb housing.

what about the fog light bulbs?
need to take off the bumper?
bc according to that link, for the foglight bulbs you need to take off the bumper.
but i know that from my experience with my old fox, you dont need to do things exactly like the ford manual, there are often shortcuts to get to what you need to do.

That is what I was thinking - I just couldn't imagine a bumper coming off for bulbs.

Now I have read here I believe that some folks have gotten their light housings out w/o the bumper coming off (Maybe that's the 05-09 models vs 10+ ?). Not looking to fool with my housings so I'm set, but foglights however are on the To-Do list, so I suspect I'll be pulling a bumper for that (Unless I can get to what I need with it just jacked and on stands in the front).

I didn't have to pull my bumper to 'tap' out the front left valance corner bump that somehow came out on it's own (About 2 mins of tapping and it fell into my hand). Just had to undo 2 bolts on the inner side of the wheel well, and slightly pull the cowl back to slip my hand in.

Don't think just that will give me enough space to do the fogs tho? (Both left/right side screws in the wheelwell, and undo the front oil pan protection plate, and maybe get away with it w/o taking the bumper off?)

C'mon, guyz. That link is standard fare on the forum.

As far as the fogs on the 05-09 GT's, I was able to get my hands behind the grill by unbolting just the 2 or 3 bolts (remove the radiator shroud cover) when I replaced my fog bulbs.

Well I got them in this eve - shoulda had my actual camera on me other than the phone, it just can't adjust to the light well enough - but you can see the right is brighter, not yellow, with a hint of blue going on.

Gotta say it threw me off for a few mins trying to get the new bulb to fit in - then I realized the old bulb gasket/seal (red) was still in there, and the new bulbs come seated with grey gasket/seals.. Once I pulled that out (duh) it was a done deal..

I need the added contrast of the warmer bulb in dark, suck-azz weather.
Yes, I have the SS Ultra's in my car (the headlights).

Thanks, Vader, that's good to know. But for the extra 100K of temp, I'll wait until one of the existing lamps burns out.
