Default T-5 Mustang?

I was talking to a guy today who said some local lady has a 1968 Mustang Fastback T-5 sitting in her garage. It belonged to her husband who bought it while he was stationed in Germany. He passed away and now she is thinking about selling it. The guy I know offered her $10K in cash but she wouldn't budge. I don't much about the history other than what I have read, but I would think that car would be worth waaaay more than 10 grand. What do you guys think? Here's a couple of links about the history of the car;

depends on the condition of the car.. can't tell without pics of actual car...if it looks great( including engine, interior, sound, how the car runs, etc.), I'll do 18-25..if not, 12-15...

not sure how to figure the value of a t5, i know there were name right issues back then so ford couldn't use the mustang name.

i'm pretty sure all t5's had disc brakes up front while that was optional equipment in the US.

t5 or not, being a fan of the 67/68s, a fastback (or convertible) WILL NOT be inexpensive, but of course moves up or down depending on the condition.
