Warranty Question....
Probably not. Again, the manufacturer can't void the warranty on the whole car for an exhaust or engine mod.
Look at it from their standpoint - would you continue to warranty your product if someone took it upon themselves to modify it beyond how it left the factory?

Returned to stock looks like it is stock to the stealership.
But the CAI must be returned to stock as well before the
stealership gets their hands on it for any reason.
Exhaust does not void warranty on the engine.
Unless it causes some type of damage to said engine.
I dont see that happening. Any warranty work they
dont want to cover because of the aftermarket exhaust
must have been caused by said aftermarket exhaust.

I still think nobody should drive their car after getting it home from the dealership the 1st time until the warranty expires. No sense pushing your luck...
Yea, I am waiting for the 5 year warranty to
expire before I start driving my 09 Challenger.
I wouldn't want anything to go wrong from a
mod or two. Not to just keep the battery
charged and air in the tires until 2014...
