When it's cold, my 2-3 shift is always a little notchy. I have royal purple synchromax in mine for the past 20,000 miles.

I'd say around 50 degrees and under in the early morning when I leave for work in the Winter, the transmission is definitely not as liquid as 65 and up. First to second can sometimes be a pain on those mornings until it warms up.

Awesome, thank you everyone. That's exactly what I wanted to hear. On my warm ups, The first or second shift into second, I can definitely feel and hear some "engagement" of the gears. Definitely kind of a rough feeling, but no grinding. Made sense to me that it would need time to warm up, but I guess I was just paranoid with that 07 and 08 TSB with the rough shifting.

Again, thank you everyone!

Same here in the cold since new. Seems fine after a only few shifts.
