I always have muddy paw prints on my car. I'd shoot them off my car if I knew I wouldn't put a bullet hole in it

Monday morning I got the pleasure of finding that a big dog had apparently jumped up against my car. 2 big smeared paw prints near the gas door. He also must have very rough paws, because not only is there major scratches from his nails, but it also looks like a brill pad was drug along too

I have the same problem. I have tried everything spraying cold water seemed to work but they came back after a while. I would just fix the problem permitnatly but it our cat and he is part of the family except for that ****. I hope someone here knows a good way to stop that

I have the same problem with one stray. I've been considering buying the scarecrow. It's a motion sensor activated sprinkler. Moth ***** don't work, so don't bother. Orange peels seemed to work, but my orange trees don't produce oranges all year round.

Cats do not like the smell of citrus peel, try it.

I've also heard that dog urine is very effective. But.. I wouldn't want to clean it off every morning before going to work, so you may just get a cup and pour it in a ring on the floor around your stang. Mark your territory.

Get you a live trap and take that stray to the pound. I will tell you though, atleast with my experiences, you only trap them once and they know what is going on so when you get it dont let it go.

I am going to try the orange peel trick, just get a cup and put it on the hood or rest it somewhere and replace it every couple days.

If that doesnt work, I going to get me a new cowl hood this summer after I get it painted if he still does it then I gonna have to try the dog urine method, I might get some coyote urine and jsut rest it somewhere close by but i would be afraid that might attract yotes

When I first saw the thread title I thought this was going to be a discussion about Cats on your Mustang exhaust system haha, but sounds like an awful annoyance. Scratching the car? I probably would have punted the cats.

we have strays in the neighborhood that we feed and they usually stay off the car, but once in a while one of the tomcats likes to give a quick pee on my CDC front valance to mark his territory. I find it too funny to get mad, as long as he doesn't try to drive my car away.
