It does idle pretty rough, i never thought of the oring thing, ill go check the stock intake to see if there is an oring missing on it.

Well I took the boss intake off and ran a 12.3 @ 115 with a 1.7 60'......def liking the feel of the car without the boss. My clutch pedal is a little sticky coming back up though...any input?

ford says forums cause that sticky clutch problem.

lol, seriously though after the investigation into the trans issues with 5.0's, that was one of the things ford blamed. i have the clutch sticking issue at high rpm and i know multiple other boss owners that do too. same tranny so having the issue on a Gt woudl make sense. mine is only at redline on the 3-4 shift. i just dont hit redline, shifting at 7k or so rather than 7.5 seems to do the trick for me.
